# Truecaller

# Truecaller Verification

Increase your pick-up rates significantly by showing up as a "Verified Business" on your recipients' phones using **Truecaller**.

## Benefits of Verification

* **Branded Caller ID**: Shows your Company Name and Logo instead of just a number.
* **Verified Badge**: A green checkmark or badge that builds instant trust.
* **Call Reason**: Display why you are calling (e.g., "Movoice AI: Appointment Confirmation").

## How to Set Up

### 1. Register with Truecaller Business

You must have a registered business entity. Navigate to the [Truecaller Business Portal](https://www.truecaller.com/business) and create an account.

### 2. Link Your Movoice Numbers

Add the phone numbers you purchased through [Twilio or Exotel](../voice-calls/purchase-numbers.md) to your Truecaller profile.

### 3. Verification Process

Truecaller will perform a verification check. Once approved, your business identity will be "pushed" to the millions of Truecaller users globally.

### 4. Synergy with Movoice

In your Movoice **Campaigns**, select the "Truecaller Enabled" numbers to see a noticeable lift (typically 20-30%) in your call answer rates.
