Telephony Integration

Movoice AI supports Bring Your Own Carrier (BYOC) for maximum flexibility and cost control.

Twilio Setup

  1. Account SID & Auth Token:
    • Log in to your Twilio Console.
    • Copy the Account SID and Auth Token from the dashboard.
  2. Configure in Movoice:
    • Go to Settings > Telephony.
    • Select Twilio.
    • Paste your SID and Token.
  3. Purchase/Import Number:
    • You can buy a number directly in Twilio.
    • Ensure the number provides Voice capabilities.

Exotel Setup (India)

  1. API Credentials:
    • Log in to Exotel.
    • Get your API Key and API Token from the “API Credentials” section.
    • Get your Subdomain (e.g., api.exotel.com).
  2. Configure in Movoice:
    • Go to Settings > Telephony.
    • Select Exotel.
    • Enter your credentials.
  3. App ID:
    • You may need to create an “App” in Exotel and provide the App ID to route calls to our webhook.
