Organization & Members

Collaborate with your entire team using our Organizations feature. Manage access, share agents, and centralize billing under one roof.

Creating an Organization

Personal accounts can be upgraded to an Organization via the Settings > Organizations tab. This allows you to invite team members and define their roles.

Team Roles & Permissions

RolePermissions
OwnerFull control over the organization, billing, and member management.
AdminCan manage agents, view all call logs, and edit provider settings.
EditorCan edit agent prompts and voices, but cannot change billing or providers.
ViewerRead-only access to call logs and analytics.

Managing Members

Inviting Members

  1. Navigate to Settings > Members.
  2. Enter the email address of the team member.
  3. Assign a Role.
  4. The member will receive an invite link to join your organization.

Removing Members

Owners and Admins can remove members at any time. Their access to organization-owned agents and data will be revoked immediately.

Shared Billing

When a member is part of an organization, all their usage (minutes, numbers, etc.) is billed to the organization’s central payment method.
