Personal accounts can be upgraded to an Organization via the Settings > Organizations tab. This allows you to invite team members and define their roles.Team Roles & Permissions
| Role | Permissions |
|---|---|
| Owner | Full control over the organization, billing, and member management. |
| Admin | Can manage agents, view all call logs, and edit provider settings. |
| Editor | Can edit agent prompts and voices, but cannot change billing or providers. |
| Viewer | Read-only access to call logs and analytics. |
Managing Members
Inviting Members
- Navigate to Settings > Members.
- Enter the email address of the team member.
- Assign a Role.
- The member will receive an invite link to join your organization.
