Not available. This page previously described Indian data centres in Mumbai, Delhi and Chennai, PII kept resident inside Indian borders, and an organisation setting to configure it. None of that exists. It was never built, and it should not have been listed as an Enterprise feature.

What is true about India

Movoice does route calls to Indian numbers over an Indian telephony carrier, and Indian-language speech recognition uses an Indian provider. Those are real, and they are why call quality on Indian domestic calls is good. What is not true is that your data is stored in India. Call recordings are held in the United States, and the primary database is hosted outside India. See Data Residency and section 8 of the Privacy Policy. If Indian data residency is a requirement for your business, tell us before you buy.
