List of call status

Understanding call statuses is vital for monitoring the health of your campaigns and debugging integration issues.
StatusDescription
QueuedThe call has been initiated and is waiting for an available concurrency slot.
ConnectingWe are connecting to the telephony gateway.
RingingThe recipient’s phone is currently ringing.
In ProgressThe call has been answered and the AI agent is speaking with the user.
CompletedThe call ended naturally (either user or AI hung up).
BusyThe recipient’s line was busy.
No AnswerThe phone rang the maximum number of times without a pickup.
FailedA technical error occurred (e.g., invalid number format or carrier issue).
CanceledThe call was manually terminated from the dashboard before it connected.

Filtering by Status

In the Call Logs tab, you can filter by any of these statuses to find specific interactions or analyze why certain calls are failing.
