Creating Agent

Building your first voice agent on Movoice AI is a straightforward process. Follow these steps to go from idea to a live agent.

Step 1: Open Agent Studio

Log in to your dashboard and navigate to the Agent Studio tab. Click on + Create New Agent.

Step 2: Choose Your Starting Point

You can start with a Template (e.g., Recruitment, Sales, Support) or build an agent From Scratch.

Step 3: Configure Identity

  • Agent Name: Give your agent a name.
  • Language: Select the primary language the agent will speak.
  • Persona/Role: Define who the agent is (e.g., “You are a customer service rep…”).

Step 4: Setup the Brain (LLM)

Select your preferred LLM provider and model. The default is GPT-4o-mini for balance between speed and quality.

Step 5: Select a Voice (TTS)

Browse our voice library and test samples. Match the voice personality to your agent’s role.

Step 6: Define the Task

Write your System Prompt. Be specific about the goals, the context, and what information needs to be collected.

Step 7: Test

Use the Browser Testing feature to speak with your agent immediately. Refine the prompt and settings based on the interaction. Once you are happy, click Save Agent and assign a phone number in the Phone Numbers section.
