Campaigns (Outbound Broadcasts)
Campaigns allow you to send a single AI agent to a massive list of contacts.- Trigger: Manual start or scheduled.
- Goal: Best for one-off alerts, rapid lead qualification, or mass reminders.
Workflows (Automated Journeys)
Workflows are sequences of actions triggered by user behavior or external data.| Trigger | Action |

Setting Up a Workflow
1. Define the Trigger
Connect your website or CRM via Webhook. When a new contact is added, Movoice receives the signal.2. Configure the Delay
Decide if the call should happen “Immediately” or after a specific delay (e.g., “Wait 2 hours”).3. Select the Sequence
- Call 1: AI Agent A.
