Workflows allow you to chain actions together, while Campaigns help you reach hundreds of customers at once.ys using Workflows and Campaigns.

Campaigns (Outbound Broadcasts)

Campaigns allow you to send a single AI agent to a massive list of contacts.
  • Trigger: Manual start or scheduled.
  • Goal: Best for one-off alerts, rapid lead qualification, or mass reminders.

Workflows (Automated Journeys)

Workflows are sequences of actions triggered by user behavior or external data.

Setting Up a Workflow

1. Define the Trigger

Connect your website or CRM via Webhook. When a new contact is added, Movoice receives the signal.

2. Configure the Delay

Decide if the call should happen “Immediately” or after a specific delay (e.g., “Wait 2 hours”).

3. Select the Sequence

  • Call 1: AI Agent A.
  • Wait 1 Day.
  • Call 2: AI Agent B (Follow-up specialist).

Monitoring Performance

Track your campaign’s ROI directly in the Analytics Tab. Compare different segments and agents to see which workflows yield the highest conversion rates.
