Concurrency tiers

Concurrency refers to the number of AI agents that can be “on the phone” at the exact same time. Depending on your business needs, you may require different levels of concurrency.

How it Works

Movoice AI manages a pool of processing resources. Your plan tier determines how many of these resources are reserved exclusively for your organization.

1. Standard Concurrency (1-2 lines)

Included in the Starter and Professional plans. Best for individual entrepreneurs or small businesses handling one-on-one appointments.

2. High Concurrency (10-50 lines)

Ideal for small call centers and active sales teams. Allows for batch calling campaigns that can reach hundreds of people in a matter of minutes.

3. Enterprise Concurrency (Unlimited/Dedicated)

For major organizations making thousands of calls per hour. We provide dedicated clusters to ensure zero wait time and maximum throughput.

Upgrading Concurrency

If you start an Outbound Campaign and have more contacts than your concurrency limit, the extra calls will be “Queued.” As soon as one call ends, the next one in the queue begins. To upgrade your concurrency limit, go to the Settings > Subscription page or contact our support team for a custom high-volume quote.
