Movoice AI offers a flexible, usage-based pricing model powered by Stripe. Our goal is to provide a scalable solution that grows with your business.

Minute-Based Billing

We charge for the total duration of the call, measured from the moment the call is answered to the moment it is disconnected.

Components of Cost

  1. Movoice Platform Fee: The cost of orchestrating the AI, LLM, and ASR.
  2. Carrier Fees: The cost of the actual telephony (Twilio/Exotel). These are billed directly to your carrier account.
  3. Premium TTS: High-quality voices (e.g., ElevenLabs) may incur extra per-character or per-minute charges.

Plan Tiers

1. Starter ($29/mo)

  • Includes 500 AI minutes per month.
  • 1 Active Agent.
  • Standard TTS and LLM models.

2. Professional ($99/mo)

  • Includes 2,000 AI minutes per month.
  • Up to 5 Active Agents.
  • Access to premium ElevenLabs voices.
  • Priority customer support.

3. Business (Custom)

  • High volume minute blocks at discounted rates.
  • Unlimited Agents.
  • Dedicated account manager.
  • Advanced API access.

Managing Your Billing

You can upgrade, downgrade, or view your current minute usage at any time in the Settings > Billing section. Bills are generated monthly based on your subscription tier and any overages.
