Platform Overview

The Movoice AI platform is designed to be a comprehensive command center for your voice AI operations.

Main Dashboard

The first screen you see after logging in. It provides high-level analytics including:
  • Total Calls made/received.
  • Minutes consumed.
  • Success rate of your active campaigns.
  • Recent call activity.

Agent Studio

This is where you spend most of your time. You can:
  • View all your active and draft agents.
  • Edit agent configuration (Prompts, Voices, LLMs).
  • Test agents in the browser.
  • Duplicate or delete agents.

Call Logs

A detailed history of every interaction. You can listen to recordings, read transcripts, and see the sentiment/outcome of each call.

Campaigns

Manage outbound call batches. Upload contacts, select an agent, and trigger hundreds of calls with one click.

Settings

Manage your account, billing, API keys, and provider connections. You can also manage team members and organizations here.
