Does Movoice AI sound like a robot?

No. By using premium TTS providers like ElevenLabs and Sarvam AI, we provide ultra-realistic voices that include intonation, pauses, and even natural filler words.

Which languages do you support?

We support 40+ languages. We are especially strong in Indian regional languages (Odia, Hindi, Tamil, etc.) through our specialized integrations.

How much does it cost?

Technical Questions

What is the latency (delay) of the AI?

In most regions, our agents respond in under 500ms, which is near-instant and maintains a natural conversational flow.

Can I use my own phone number?

Yes. You can connect your existing numbers via Twilio or Exotel simple BYOC (Bring Your Own Carrier) settings.

Can the agent transfer calls to my cell phone?

Yes. You can use the transfer_call tool to patch any call through to any mobile number globally.

Account & Billing

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time via the Settings > Billing portal. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

Do I need to provide a credit card for the trial?

We offer a limited-minute trial with no credit card required to help you test the technology.
